COMPLETE IN-DEPTH ASSESSMENTS

To get to the bottom of your sleep issues, I’ll investigate your health, lifestyle and environment through assessments and recommended lab testing.

WEEKLY LIVE ZOOM CALLS

This is where we make shifts happen in your sleep, lifestyle and health. Each week, we will have a group Zoom call where I will teach one of the 7 areas of the Performance Sleep Method. There will be time for Q+A and one round of “hot seat.”

WEEKLY SUPPORT IN A PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP

During the week, questions and dialogue will take place in a private Facebook group, where everyone in the coaching program is required to participate. As a results-oriented program, this interaction will help keep the group accountable and help everyone implement the lessons in a personalized way.

Implement Call Notes, Guides & Plans

You will have 24/7 access to all lessons, recordings and workbooks. As each week builds on one another, you will be expected to complete assignments, track certain metrics and come prepared to answer questions on our calls. This implementation is where the sustainable results will come from and make your time/money investment worthwhile.
