Schedule a free discovery call and answer the pre-interview questions to see if we’re a good fit. I’m only working with adults that have had insomnia for 3+ months.

Complete sleep assessments

To get to the bottom of your sleep issues, I’ll investigate your health, lifestyle and environment through assessments and sleep diaries.

Weekly Zoom calls

This is where the magic happens! For 60-minutes each week, we’ll implement one area of the Performance Sleep Method, which will build off previous weeks. You’ll experience quick wins and begin initiating long-term strategies to heal your insomnia.

Weekly support via email & text

Outside of our video calls, you’ll have access to me via email and text message where you can ask questions and we can make refinements before our next session.

Implement Call Notes, Guides & Plans

You will have 24/7 access to all lessons, recordings and workbooks. As each week builds on one another, you will be expected to complete assignments, track certain metrics and come prepared to answer questions on our calls. This implementation is where the sustainable results will come from and make your time/money investment worthwhile.
