This mini-coaching session is the perfect way to see if my sleep coaching services are a good fit for you. This is a relaxed, no-obligation video conference call that lasts 40 minutes. We will discuss your current situation with sleep, any issues that you’re experiencing and how you can begin improving them right away.
If I believe that I’m able to help you in a timely manner, then we will also explore how my coaching program can support you in your journey toward improved sleep. As a business based on integrity and results, there will be no “hard sell” during our time and only clients that I believe with 100% certainty that I can help will be invited to apply.
