STEP 1: Complimentary Sleep Coaching Session

This mini-coaching session is the perfect way to see if my sleep coaching services are a good fit for you. This is a relaxed, no-obligation video conference call that lasts 40 minutes. We will discuss your current situation with sleep, any issues that you’re experiencing and how you can begin improving them right away.

If I believe that I’m able to help you in a timely manner, then we will also explore how my coaching program can support you in your journey toward improved sleep. As a business based on integrity and results, there will be no “hard sell” during our time and only clients that I believe with 100% certainty that I can help will be invited to apply.

I am based in Truckee, California and can meet with people in person or online from anywhere in the world.

STEP 2: ONE-ON-ONE SLEEP COACHING PROGRAMS

If we decide during the complimentary session that my services are a good fit for your current sleep needs, we’ll discuss the details of my programs.

My coaching programs are designed to help you overcome insomnia or other sleep issues, like circadian rhythm disorders, daytime fatigue or disrupted sleep. Since no two sleepers are the same, this program will be custom tailored to your unique needs. You can expect a transformation with your sleep and greater energy during the day followed by amazing shifts in all areas of your life.

Our time together focuses on results in a systematic way so that you can integrate changes in your life and build new habits without overwhelm or relapse. We’ll take into account your current lifestyle, time availability, support system and more to determine how long and frequent we will meet.

You and I will work as a team, which means that you must be open to new ideas and be fully committed to improving your sleep. Both of us will be putting in time and energy into this, so I ask that you make sure this is a “hell yes” in your life from the get-go. To get you there, just imagine how much better your life will be if you slept better and had more sustained energy during the day?

My programs are based on my experience as a holistic health coach, sleep science and stress management specialist and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia practitioner. I’m using proven tools used by sleep labs, research facilities and major universities like Harvard and Stanford Medical to help you get the relief you need.

By the end of our time together, you will not only feel better from morning to night but you’ll have a greater relationship with sleep for the rest of your life. You’ll leave knowing more about sleep than you ever thought possible, which will equip you with the skills to address any future acute sleep disturbances before they turn chronic.
