Kelly’s Opinion on Philips Light Alarm:

A great alarm alternative to ease you out of sleep during a lighter stage. By mimicking sunlight, you are gradually woken up, which is better for your health than aggressive alarm noises. You’re able to set a window of time and the light will gradually get brighter during a 30-minute window, which is kinda like waking up to the morning sun.

This is especially helpful if you keep your windows pitch black and will not have light coming through no matter what. The one downside is that you must be facing it to reap the main benefits. If you’re a side sleeper, you might be facing the other side and not even see it. If that’s the case, then get one for each nightstand!
